The Noolaham Foundation's Human Rights Archives is a dedicated initiative to document, digitally preserve, and share the histories, struggles, challenges and progress related to human rights among Tamil-speaking communities in Sri Lanka. This archive aims to create a comprehensive repository of materials that reflect the lived experiences of individuals and groups whose rights have been violated or whose voices have remained unheard.

Through this project, the Foundation seeks to document written records, oral testimonies, multimedia materials, and academic research related to human rights issues, including civil liberties, social justice, freedom of expression and equality. By making these resources accessible to the public, the Human Rights Archives contributes to awareness, education and advocacy efforts aimed at fostering a culture of respect for human rights and promoting accountability and reconciliation.

Aligned with the vision and mission of the Noolaham Foundation, this archive is not merely a collection of historical records but a platform to inspire change, amplify marginalized voices, and support ongoing struggles for justice and equity in Sri Lanka and beyond.
