Archiving Case Briefs in relation to crimes prosecuted by the domestic courts in Sri Lanka of relevance to the debate on accountability and reconciliation. This project will help archive domestic court attempts at prosecuting war crimes and crimes against humanity. It is intended to provide research support on the question of viable avenues of accountability through domestic courts or the lack of thereof which can then feed into the debate over finding suitable, feasible and viable routes to accountability in post-war Sri Lanka.
