Archiving for Justice and a Political Solution அறிமுகம் Archiving for Justice and a Political Solution:  This project conceptualised and curated by the Jaffna Institute for Law and Policy and supported by Noolaham Foundation has two components:  A. Constitutional Reform Proposals made by Tamil political parties from 1921-present: Archiving the Tamil side of the story in Sri Lanka’s fractured process for a Constitutional Settlement B. Archiving Case Briefs in relation to crimes prosecuted by the domestic courts in Sri Lanka of relevance to the debate on accountability and reconciliation This portal is in relation to Project 'A' mentioned above. This archive will strengthen informed Tamil participation in the constitutional reform process in the future. Documentation of the Tamil proposals, drafts from over the years will help Tamil Parliamentarians, civil society groups, activists to forge a proposal that builds on past work and is relevant to the current needs and aspirations of the Tamil community.  நீதிக்கும் அரசியல் தீர்வுக்கும் ஆவணப்படுத்தல்: இத்திட்டமானது யாழ்ப்பாணம் சட்ட மற்றும் கொள்கைகளுக்கான கற்கை நிலையத்தினால் கருக்கொள்ளப்பட்டு ஒருங்கிணைக்கப்பட்டதோடு அதன் எண்ணிம ஆவணக் காப்பக பங்காளர்களாக நூலக நிறுவனம் ஒத்தாசை வழங்கியது. இத்திட்டமானது இரண்டு அங்கங்களைக் கொண்டது:  அ. 1921 ஆம் ஆண்டிலிருந்து இன்று வரை தமிழ் தரப்பினரால் முன்வைக்கப்பட்ட அரசியலமைப்பு யோசனைகள்: இலங்கையின் பிளவுபட்ட அரசியலமைப்பு தீர்வு முயற்சிகளில் தமிழர் பங்களிப்பை ஆவணமயப்படுத்தல்.   ஆ.  இலங்கையில் பொறுப்புக்கூறல் மற்றும் நல்லிணக்கம் தொடர்பிலான விடயங்களோடு சம்பந்தப்பட்ட இலங்கையின் நீதிமன்றில் நடந்த வழக்குகளின் வழக்கேடுகளை ஆவணப்படுத்தல்  இவ்வலைவாசலானது மேலே சொல்லப்பட்ட முதலாவது செயற்திட்டம் தொடர்பிலானதாகும். இவ்வாவணப்படுத்தலானது தகவல் செறிந்த பார்வையுடன் எதிர்கால அரசியலமைப்பு சீர்திருத்தங்களை எதிர்கொள்வதற்கு தமிழ் தரப்பிற்கு ஒத்தாசை புரியும் என நாம் எதிர்பார்க்கின்றோம். தமிழ் முன்மொழிவுகளை முழுமையாக ஆவணப்படுத்துவதானது தமிழ் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள், சிவில் சமூகத்தவர்கள், செயற்பாட்டாளர்களுக்கு கடந்த கால முயற்சிகளை விளங்கி கொள்ளவும் அவற்றின் மீது தற்போதைய தமிழ் சமூகத்தின் தேவைகளை கருத்தில் கொண்டு புதிய முயற்சியில் பங்கெடுக்கவும் துணை புரியும் என நம்புகிறோம்.  மேலே சொல்லப்பட்ட இரண்டாவது செயற்திட்டம் உள்ளூர் நீதிமன்றங்கள் போர் குற்றம் மற்றும் மனித குலத்திற்கு எதிரான குற்றங்களை எவ்வாறு கையாண்டன என்பதனை ஆவணப்படுத்துகின்றது. உள்ளூர் பொறிமுறைகள் இவ்விடயங்களைக் கையாள்வதன் பொருத்தப்பாடு தொடர்பிலும் அல்லது பொருத்தப்பாடு இன்மை பற்றியும் ஆய்வுகளை ஊக்குவிப்பதன் மூலம் சாத்தியமான பொறுப்புக்கூறல் பாதைகள் தொடர்பிலான விவாதத்தை நாம் ஆழப்படுத்துவதற்கு இச்செயற்த்திட்டம் மூலம் பங்களிக்கின்றோம்.  தொகு 1.
